Third Party App Mail Access (again)
Hi, back in February of this year we went through a very tortuous process to sort outer way through the new third party app access method for Virgin Mail.
after several days being passed from team to team we were eventually sorted out by someone from the Gadget Rescue team.
Since then everything has been fine for both myself and my wife, until yesterday when all of our third party app access stopped working again (I use the Mail app on iPhone and iPad, my wife uses Outlook on her tablet and phone.
Weirdly mine stopped working first and hers about 1-2 hours later.
We get a variety of error messages - mainly around authentication of user ID, password or both. We have tried re-entering the passwords that were generated last time by the Gadget Rescue team, and some of the old ones, but no combination works.
Do I just generate a new third party app access password (if, so is this something we have to do regularly because no-one ever mentioned that?) or do I need to go the support route again?
