Can't access email again.
I cannot access email again as account has been locked. This happened 2 days ago and did sent a seperate post.
I changed my password as instructed and has been reset for My Virgin Media.When I log in again I get the forbidden page.
Please can you sort this out?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the email account you are having.
