The 'Forbidden' thing again, cannot access email account.
When you try to access your Virgin Media account you are taken to a page with the Forbidden message. (That seems to think I am from Luxembourg)
This happens from time to time, and I know other people have had the same issue.
I searched and found a solution on the forum. See attached below: -
The problem I am having trying to go through this process is that when I go to Virgin Media Account settings I am asked to Verify that it is me! (Even though I have already signed into my account.) I am told an email with a code has been sent to me. (The third-party email address I sign in with not the Ntlworld.com address I also use. The problem being is that the code does not arrive until after the 15-minute code time out limit has passed. Even when I request a resend. Today when I have tried, they have not arrived at all. Oh, and yes, I have checked my spam holder etc and I am receiving all other emails as normal.
Suggestions please.
