Temporary SMC Policy Violation detected, retry later

Hi,

When we are sending emails to some virginmedia users, sometime we get an error and sometimes not.
This one: "Temporary SMC Policy Violation detected, retry later".
I'm not able to understand if it's something related to grey-listing or something else.
Do you have a page with the errors you are answering?
In the PS link I found some information but not for this case.

What is the best solution to contact your postmaster team?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

    The emails you are sending, do they have any links in them?

    If so, does removing the links send the email? 

    Also, is this via Webmail, third party client or both?

      Hi @John_GS,

      We have only one image (not included into the email) pointing the website and one link to the general conditions.
      With the same email some are delivered and other not, it's why we are asking what means this error code.
      We are hitting this problem for 3 domains name (All UK I would say):
      @virginmedia.com
      @blueyonder.co.uk
      @ntlworld.com
      We are sending out One Time Passcodes, so we are now sending an important volume of emails.
