Still not getting emails through.

When I linked my Virginmedia and O2 accounts, I no stopped receiving emails. Daniel Et was messaging me to help and I did then get about half a dozen emails through over a 5 hour period. He didn't know if the missing emails from the days before would eventually arrive, but after the half dozen which arrived 2 days ago, I've had nothing. I have sent myself test emails from ntlworld and gmail, and friends have also sent test emails but nothing has arrived. Any help appreciated.

  • I've tried to change the email address that the NHS use to contact me. They have sent a link to my ntlworld email address to do this, but I am not receiving any emails at all to that address. Can somebody please help?

        Thank you for replying. I did leave a DM a few days ago but had no reply. Checking my inbox today, I do seem to be getting emails through now, but none of the ones I should have got over the last couple of weeks are there. The person who I was DMing didn't know whether I'd eventually get them or not. But, fingers crossed, the problem is fixed now and my emails won't stop again.

  • So I've had a few emails trickling in but not the one from the NHS. I've no idea what else I was supposed to receive, but haven't. I'm gradually managing to let people know not to use my ntlworld address any more, and once I've contacted everyone, I'll be closing it and am considering leaving Virginmedia altogether.
