I'm having trouble getting a One Time Password (OTP) for Star Wars: The Old Republic. Sometimes when I try to log in, I don't receive the email with the OTP. I've checked my spam folder, but still no luck.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any tips on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue receiving an OTP. Have you noticed if there any any other emails you've been unable to receive or is it only from Star Wars? It may be worth ensuring they are added to your safe senders list just incase there is a potential block in place.
It may also be an issue with the company itself so it's worth reaching out to their support for further help on this.
