Same here, causing me a real headache on a password I urgently need to reset.
Is there a way to log a case with this? Every time there has been some kind of email issue like this in the past and I call up, I have someone outside of the UK telling me I don't know how to use a computer and asking if they can have access to my email to prove I'm too thick to log in properly.

Same here - no ntlworld emails arrived since 9 o'clock last night (checked on Outlook, VM web client and various devices).
Getting error sending via webclient;

I have had the same issue this morning. After calling. I have been told that it is an outage with the NTLWORLD server and this will be resolved by 13:30 - UK time I presume. Still can't received or send emails. Fingers crossed this is sorted by 13:30

I've just received a couple of emails on my ntlworld.com accounts from external sources, so it might be working now

My inbound has been fine all day, its my outbound that doesn't work...and unfortunately still doesn't work

I think the problem is when it touches a Google server because of an authentication configuration issue. Sending and receiving to/from non Google email domains will work perfectly; as tested by me.

I have had one email in at 13:53 but when I try and send an email into my ntlworld email it does not get sent- the following message informs me that the domain does not exist (see below).
I cannot send emails from my ntlworld email address.
Has anyone got any news on when this will be fixed?

The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Update 09/04/2025 13:44: Virgin Media have confirmed they are working on a fix:
"We're aware that customers with ntlworld email addresses are currently unable to send or receive emails. Our teams are working to fully restore services as soon as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

I can’t send or receive on my ntlworld account just spoke to virgin media there is a national outage hopefully fixed by tomorrow or 48 hours
