secondary @ntlworld email

Hi, I have a secondary @ntlworld email which I thought I had deleted but is still live. It’s set to auto forward which is how I know it is still live. Once I have passed security checks can you tell me what secondary @ntlworld emails I have still active? Thanks.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. 

    If you log in to your main account, then go to Manage products, then you should see any secondary emails you have :).

    Keep us posted if you need further help.

      Aliases:

      No aliases are shown. Is this where it should be?

        timmie Secondary email addresses are no longer shown under the main account.  This facility was withdrawn when the VMO2ID process was introduced.

        You will need to rely on any paper records that you may have.
