Secondary @ntlworld.com email not on my account
I have a secondary @ntlworld email account which I cannot access how can I change the password to this as I cannot remember the password and cannot find a page to do this

Sign out of your primary VM account and then go to https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2
Press Sign in then enter the secondary email address concerned and continue. On the next screen press forgotten password and then on the next screen press forgotten email address and follow the security questionnaire. If that is successful you should be able to create a new password for the secondary email. If not post back and the VM Forum Team should be able to assist when they reach this thread tomorrow.
