Secondary email password reset

Like others I've lost webmail access a secondary email address from ntlworld days during the swap-to-notntl-then-swap-back gyrations. I've read other threads and know what I need to do - creating a new VMO2 account linking to the original email address - but it appears I have the wrong password recorded or the account has got locked out. The online pw reset won't work for me as I had no secret info set against the secondary account. Could someone from the mail team DM me please so we can get this reset and access restored? I still have pop3 access to the account so this should be pretty straightforward. Not urgent :)

    I'm afraid we're not able to perform password resets at the moment, however you can call the team on 150/ 0345 454 1111 and the team will be able to help.
