Sorry to hear about the secondary email account issues! What kind of issue are you having?
There were some issues earlier on this week with My VM access 👉 virg.in/myVM as a result of some changes to My VM (linking with My O2, and Authentication changes.) The My VM access issues in turn caused some difficulties with email access.
Can you give us a bit more information about what's happening in your specific case?
