Secondary email account inaccessible

Primary and secondary email accounts were locked out a few days ago. My primary account has now been re-activated, however, there is no opportunity to create a secondary myvirginmedia login. I have been a customer for 15+ years, and both email accounts require daily use. Access to this secondary account is now urgent and needs resolving soon.

Can someone PLEASE resolve this issue for me ASAP.

It would also be helpful for other (long time) customers to be provided with an easy solution rather than having to beg for help on here.

    This is a Communty driven forum and it usually takes a day or two for a VM response.

    As for "secondary" mailboxes, they don't exist anymore.  All mailboxes now have to be managed separately, via a 3rd party email address and new 4 word app password.  VM have changed the email for security reasons.  Personally, I'd suggest you think about moving your email to a non ISP based solution.

    My problem is the secondary email account requires urgent access and has links to addresses not stored elsewhere.  Then I can think about moving elsewhere!

      Have you tried setting up the "secondary" mailbox with the 3rd party email address etc.?

        Yes, I have gmail accounts available but there is no secondary option available to add the gmail address.

    Best to wait for a VM Mod then.  As I said, there are no secondary mailboxes anymore.  All mailboxes are separate and managed in My VM using each separate 3rd party email address. They also need a separate 4 word app password generated.  So if you, for example, had 1 primary and 2 secondary, you now need 3 separate emails to manage these, each with their own login to My VM.

    It may take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up, so if you need urgent help, best to phone VM Customer Services.
