Secondary email account disappeared

We've had ntlworld emails accounts for 20+ years. The secondary email account disappeared 2 days ago and we have had no joy when contacting Virgin on the phone and via online chats. There are really important emails we need access to so need help ASAP. It is so stressful. Please HELP @virginmedia
