Resetting Password & Whats App

Hi, I am trying to reset my password but I am having issues with not receiving emails or when i click the link it loads a blank page. I have contacted the Virgin Media Chat Box twice now and both times they have swapped me to What's App, however, over an hour later, each time, and the message has not been read and no-one has contacted me!

    Have you checked the Spam folders etc.?  Just in case.  Are you checking your email in the My Virgin Media web portal?
