Further to my ongoing problems accessing emails ( 5 days now ) Could someone please push me towards the area where email passwords are managed . I follow this ;-
But these are my options under account settings :-
There is no option for email within ' My VMaccount details '

If the option under My virgin media account details does appear after a page refresh then it usually indicates that the email address concerned is not linked to the My Virgin media account that you are logged into.
If so you will need staff help to investigate.

I'm hoping staff are reading this . No it doesn't appear at all . There's something strange . The quick link to ' My email ' at the foot of the page just downloads a blank Textedit page ,,,,,,,,,,, & my emails are still blocked ,,,,,
