Re: Poor customer service unable to access email
Hi
I have not been able to access emails for 2 weeks. Despite several hours on text and on calls no resolution.
I complained and was called with an explanation that there is an outage.
No apology given, no solution.
Various tickets raised as I go in holiday on Sat and urgently need access to travel documents stored in email.
Ticket marked as urgent over a week ago and was meant to be resolved in 24 hours.
I've lost hope!
