Primary and Secondary web emails using VMO2 ID

I am about to start setting up VMO2 IDs. I want to be able to access my primary and my secondary email addresses using the VM web site.

I am planning to set up a VMO2 ID for my primary email (using the primary email address) and a second VMO2 ID for my secondary email (using that secondary email address). I would link both of these VMO2 IDs to my Virgin Media account.

I am assuming that to view my primary email I would log on using the first VMO2 ID and to view my secondary email I would log off from that first VMO2 ID and then log on using the second ID to get to my secondary emails.

Is it as simple as that ? A few weeks ago I saw some posts that suggested that linking two VMO2 IDs to the same VM account was problematic.

    AFAIK you can't link two VMO2ID's as they are separate entities.  The primary one links to your account, but the secondary is not linked, I think?  Don't use VM for email anymore, dumped it a few years back so I can freely move ISP's

    You'd be far better off using your efforts to create new email accounts with a proper provider, rather than follow the death spiral of VM email.
