Please can you close by Ntlworld email account

Hi, I no longer have a virgin media account (moved house and couldn't get virgin media) but my ntlworld email account is active and causing me problems.  Please can I have some help with closing the account down.

    In theory mailboxes are purged after 90 days from leaving. However it may take longer.  A VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.
