I have forgotten an email password for an ntlworld account - can you help?

    9grg9argdo you still have a live broadband contract or was this ntlworld email account originally part of a broadband account that has since been closed?

    Sadly if you do not have a live VM broadband account then VM staff cannot help you. The only thing you can do is to try the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page.
