Password Reset not Working
My email and access to virgin media account stopped working.
A while ago, I had to give another email address which I did, and all had been fine. Now, I cannot login in or reset my password. It will take my original email, but not the one I've been signing in with for a long time.
Now, it won't work on my email app either. I rang customer services and a nice chap said he had reset my password, but it doesn't work on my side. It just says my email or password are incorrect. I can't choose 'forgot password' as it won't accept the email address I log in with, so it blocks me being able to click 'Continue'.
I've deleted all cookies / cache etc to remove anything from my laptop but still not working.
Can you please help?
