Password reset for Blueyonder email
Hi Team,
The account is closed I can't remember my email password, my email address is still valid and operational but unable to send emails after upgrading my mobile. I'm in the process of migrating to Gmail accounts but I need to send emails from the Blueyonder account for validation with some products.
Visited 'Welcome to My Virgin Media' and clicked 'Sign in', entered my email address and was prompted for the password which I can't remember, selecting 'Forgot your password' and entering my Blueyonder email displays the error 'Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media.' guessing that's the main account which was last used 2001/2002.
Would someone be able to help in private chat to confirm the main account and I can change the password before my email address is deleted, please?
