Option to change password via account is not actually there
I am going round and round in circles.
Since VM made me change may login email as VM no longer allows blueyonder emails (even though I have had it for decades) I can never sign into my account other than verifying by email.
Made worse by my stupidly allowing my longstanding VM account to be linked to an O2 account I never us.
NB I did write down the password at the time I had to change my login email, and rewrote more clearly once it worked!
Online the instructions are to go to account detail and click on password to find the option to change password but the option isn't there.
Another recommendation was to use the ridiculous rescue password generated by VM when they made me change my contact email address. 4 words linked by -
This didn't work either.
So please can somebody as simply as possible just spell out the steps to change my log in password.
I dont want to know why VM has created this ludicrous system.
I just want clear instructions - and suggest VM updates its web site to whatever it now is, as clearly what is on the web site is out of date.
