Ooops - you can't do that right now - ERROR
This Virgin Media Error is an absolute joke 🤬🤬 this has been going on for weeks now. I have chatted online, called numerous times, they say that it is being dealt with. I have spent hours on the phone with them and all I get is it is my devices that are causing the issue, so my desktop, laptop and 2 phones are the issue??? I have made it clear to them that sometimes I can access my emails and My Virgin Media account but most of the time this error appears. All I get with them is I am doing it wrong and they will talk me through, they tell me to open the website, ok, then go to sign in, ok, choose email address to sign in to, ok and then enter password, ok but how do you enter the password when the website does not load that page, instead it loads the error page??? I am trying Chrome, Edge and Firefox and again sometimes I am lucky but most of the times the error page comes up.
Last year I changed all 4 of my user names to a third party email, yet apparently I have only done 1?? So how have I been accessing my emails then?? I have now had to do this again and change my passwords which apparently will stop this error, NO IT HAS NOT. I have had calls from them on Saturday and Sunday telling me that this error has been sorted but once again today, I am getting it.
Apparently there is no issue as it is working their end and they are not aware of any other people reporting this issue??? I have told them to look at this website to see how many DO have this same issue but they cannot do that.
I have been a customer since 199 which I think was then Cable & Wireless and then NTL - I will not be renewing my contract this time, the customer service is a disgrace - PLEASE JUST GET THIS SORTED
