If you are no longer a VM customer, wait for a few days for a VM person to reply here to your topic and they should be able to arrange for the old BY mailbox to be deleted.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. We can help to get your email address deleted from here, if the email address isn't a primary email associated to an active Virgin Media broadband account. Is that the case here or is the email attached to an account that has been closed down?

It has been many years since I was with Virgin Media {?2017?) and I did use it then. It is now redundant although I do get the odd message which I do not want. Virgin were unable to supply me when I moved house, hence no account. My previous address was [REDACTED] if that helps.
