O2 notification emails not received (ntlworld account)
I have recently realised that I hadn't received any billing notification emails from O2 since March.
I contacted them and it appears to be OK at their end and so this became a problem when I went to change my contract as I didn't receive the account change documents either.
I have an ntlworld account and we all know this has been problematic. So I asked them to send to my gmail account instead and it worked.
I do not have O2 blocked in any way to my ntlworld account - Has anyone else had a similar problem?
