O2 notification emails not received (ntlworld account)

I have recently realised that I hadn't received any billing notification emails from O2 since March. 

I contacted them and it appears to be OK at their end and so this became a problem when I went to change my contract as I didn't receive the account change documents either. 

I have an ntlworld account and we all know this has been problematic. So I asked them to send to my gmail account instead and it worked. 

I do not have O2 blocked in any way to my ntlworld account - Has anyone else had a similar problem?

    Has this only been happening with O2 bills, any others one?

      Sorry about the delay - the notification of your response went into the spam folder. 

      The ntlworld email address was checked as correct by me and VM advisor. So it should have worked. Instead I have had to change the notification address to a gmail one and that is working fine.  

      As for whether any other emails other than O2 bills, I don't know as I can't tell if I don't actually receive them. You have got me worried now.
