ntlworld password

Our NTL email password isnt recognised when trying to set up email on a new laptop.

We have a recovery gmail email address already set up.

Desperately need help resetting the ntl password if anyone can help. We have tried the options in the Virgin website, nothing works as the ntl email address isn't recognised in the change password section.
