NTLWorld email log in

For several years, I have had both ntlworld and virgin media email A/c. Since the switch on Monday, I have finally managed to create new vm02 log in and been able to access my virgin media emails. I asked on here on Tuesday and it was suggested, if I logged out of vm02 I could create another log in to access my ntlworld emails.

However, when I enter my ntlworld email and password, I get message  "password not verified".  Has anyone got any suggestions .... or are we still waiting on VM.  to come up with a solution ?

    You will need to setup 2 VMO2ID accounts as each mailbox is now separate.

    Thanks, I thought that was the case ... but when I try to set up another VM02 A/c  with my ntlworld email address ...... I get message  "password not verified"  ??
