NTLWORLD EMAIL ACCOUNT HAS BECOME INACTIVE

Hi

 

Having trouble with ntlworld.com email acc

Repeated episodes of non sending , my MacBook email asking me to use alt outgoing server.

today my ntlworld acc is labelled inactive and I cant see any ntlworld emails on my MacBook at all, and cant access virginmedia.com as a passcode is sent to my ntlworld account which has disappeared

    Just to clarify, can you confirm if you're still a Virgin Media customer?
