Ntlworld.com email password

PC hard disk crashed, replaced and restored software. Two out of three ntlworld emails set up correctly using passwords from mobile devices, I am unable to set up the third account, says password incorrect.

This mail account works fine on my mobile and Ipad, and the passwords shown are the same. How do I change the password on this account in my virgin media account, there does not appear to be a change mail password section anymore, thought there was last time I had this problem.

    Have you setup the new mandatory VMO2ID accounts for each of these mailboxes yet?

  • No did not know I had to. How do I do that?

      You should be automatically prompted to go through the setup process when you go to sign into the MY VM account for the email address concerned.

  • Yes sussed it out, what a mess, pity they did not inform us, could of saved me half a day.

      Sorry to hear of the email access issues experienced, we appreciate you raising this via the forums and are glad to hear you have now been able to resolve this and set up your VMO2 ID.

      There is help and support here that will help should you have any other queries in regards to the VMO2 ID. Going forward this will act as your online account login and therefore used to access other apps you may have like Connect App and TV Go.
