Hi, my ntlworld.com email address from years ago has been hacked. I no longer use this so would like it deleted if anyone can help me out.
- It’s linked to an active account but doesn’t appear when logging into what I believe is the main account.
- Virgin media emails still come to it about price rises/contract changes
- I don’t have the password for it anymore and resetting it doesn’t work because it’s not the primary account.
I’m totally stumped
