Ntlworld & IMAP -Outlook problems

Has anyone got a fix for the issues with logging into ntlworld email with IMAP/Outlook app?

Nothing works,would be helpful if Virgin Media could explain the issue & time frame for a fix !

    UPDATE

    I tried downloading Thunderbird (Mozilla) desktop email client today ,added NTLworld IMAP email and it worked instantly , so am now thinking that the issue may be the Outlook app, apparently the IMAP side of it is still in development and we all know how Microsoft like breaking things!

    (Thunderbird have a mobile app too if needed , think you have to tweak folder settings to get Sent folder to sync with Desktop)

      Thanks for posting in regards to your email access issues via Outlook, we understand the confusion this can cause and appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

      We appreciate the update also and it would appear to possibly be an issue with the Outlook app, just to be sure you have everything set up correctly we have help including the settings needed here where if you scroll down slightly the settings are there for you to double check.
