NTL email

I can sign into my VM account. However I cannot remember passdwords for my NTL email or my wife's virginmedia email. I need both to be able to set up on new mobile phones. How do I recover those passwords?

    Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your email accounts. Have you tried to set up a Virgin Media O2 ID for your email account?
