Ntl email

Hi - I’d like to completely close my ntlworld email account as it was hacked and it’s going to be closed anyway as I no longer have it attached to a Virgin broadband account, just O2 mobile which I have through Virgin. I don’t have a Virgin Media account to be able to change the password or close it. How can I sort this?

    Hi TonyPowell1 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear your email's been hacked. 

    The email should be automatically closed if it's not been attached to a Virgin Media account but if not, let's send you a PM so we can investigate.
