ntl email not working on a laptop

Hi All I hope you can help please. I left VM about 6 months ago and now can not access my ntl email on my laptop, both myself an my wife have no problems accessing emails on our phones. 
any help please.

    AFAIK, Mailboxes are removed 90 days after leaving VM.  It may be you are lucky to get 6 months.

    You should quickly make a switch of all your online services to a new email address while you still have limited access to the old ntlworld mailboxes.
