Not signing in directly to email account

I have a link set up to https://mail.virginmedia.com which until recently let me sign in directly to my email account. This is now only allowing me to sign in via my Virgin media account. Has something changed?

    Not that I am aware of.  The link still works for me.  You will have to sign in with the third party email address that you use for the username of the account if you have made the change.
