No emails arriving..
For nearly 15 years my VM email has been faultless until last Friday when I suddenly ceased to receive emails onto Outlook. On logging into the VM webmail page there are none coming in there either so something is blocking them. I have been through the whole process of changing passwords and I can access all VM web services ( although I have not been able to for a couple of days due to "Broadband Issues" which I was informed of on one of my many calls to VM but did not show on their service status until yesterday).
Although I cannot receive emails , I can send them which is pointless as no-one can reply to them!
If many people are affected....just fix it Virgin! If this is just my problem can somebody at VM supply a fix or a send me a link so that I can fix it.
I HAVE HEALTH ISSUES AND RECEIVE REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE HOSPITAL.............I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT EMAILS FOR A WEEK NOW! PLEASE FIX IT!
and now I see that VM want to double my monthly bill on my TV/BB/Landline while removing TNT Sports! Ah well, it is my birthday tomorrow...
