No access to e-mails!
I have two email addresses. One is a @ntlworld.com and the other @ virginmedia.com.
I have forgotten the passwords and phoned virginmedia for help. After 30 minutes plus they couldn’t help and raised an IT ticket. They promised contact within 72 hours but nothing!
I have various disabilities, a pensioner & don’t understand anything other than extremely basic tech jargon.
I have a new phone but cannot get access to either of my emails. Even on my virgin media web page I can only access the ntlworld e-mails but I have no access to my virginmedia.com emails. It is this which I conduct the vast majority of my emails including ordering medication and banking.
i am at my wits end and feel very alone and frustrated. Any sensible help very much appreciated
