Accessing e-mail with Outlook etc
Seen people having similar problems, just need to get confirmation.
The account we are trying to set up is my wife's, we can access it with no problem using browsers and have the password available, but I am unable to set it up with e-mail clients Outlook etc, I do know that we have changed the password which I have.
Seen answers to a similar problem several times, just want to clarify, saying
"MyVM > Account Settings > Account details > Mailbox App password management"
I can't see this, but what I can see is underneath inbox my folders etc is add email account
Is this where add a non virgin email account to get the password set up?
