Need to reset my Virgin.net password

My old laptop is virtually useless. I have a new one now and I need to move my email across to it. Unfortunately it is auto filled in for many years and I cannot remember what it is.  I have tried many options but none work.

Can you enable this capability for me.  I am 70, now and its not getting easier to get around all the new protocols,
