Need to access delated(?) virgin.net email account to change access to vital services.
I have had a virgin.net email address for over 30 years (or around that time). Wihtout warning it seems that my account has been deleted or locked(?). I have been a Virgin customer for all that time, but around 8 years ago moved to Virgin Business. I was told the email address/account would be fine....clearly not.
This has led to me missing two important hopsital appointments and now I cannot change my email on several vital sites as they need to send a code to the old email address to allow me to do so.
The key bit here is 'no warning' and as such I would expect support from the business I am still a current customer of.
Today I have spent over 2 hours on the phone speaking to 12 different Virgin Media employees (two of whom put the phone down when it got too difficult) being told to call 7 different numbers. Not one could either understand what the problem was or was able to halp me.
I'm frustrated and really need help in getting this sorted. Please someone from virgin come back to me with a workable solution (I just need tempeoray access to change the way vital services contact me). I understand you want to delete these accounts, but as a communications company you should have done that - communciated! I am still a customer!
