My secondary VM email account has been deleted, why.
My secondary email has been locked for over 3 weeks now. I have tried to reset it myself, but the email is not recognised. I'm concerned as this email is my main correspondence with a lot of people. After many call to VM help line who initially tried to unlock my Email account, I have now been told that the email does not exist in my main VM account, basically telling me tough. I know its an active email as I have sent an email to it from another account. The worry is that someone may have stolen my email account. How can this happen
