My Ntl world email will work in outlook but take ages to load up the emails following window 11 upgrade

I have just upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11 

To my disappointment, the loading up and delivery of virgin media emails, in my outlook web browser, can often take several hours after I log in to Outlook.

I honestly though I would be better off switching to Windows 11.

It was instant when I was operating under windows 10.

This is a great shame

Can someone help please
