Missing ntlworld.com secondary account.
My wife has lost access to her email account which was a secondary account linked to the primary one.
Having changed her phone recently we needed to input a password to get the account active on the new phone, which could not be remembered.
Going through the various routes to get her emails back on line we cannot locate the secondary account anywhere, Or find a way to change password. I have been in contact with VM and was informed that this was being looked at but have had no response back from them, over 3 weeks ago.
Anyone else had this problem and was it resolved?
