Missing email 29 April 2024

Were there any issues with emails sent on 29 April 2024? I sent one, but the receiver says that it did not arrive at their end. I didn’t get a bounce back.

    I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue with a recipient claiming not to have received your email.

    If it was important, I'd suggest sending it again.

      Thanks. I have resent it now, but just wanted to know if there was an issue on that particular day?

        We aren't aware of any issues no, however like any emails account we always advise you to have a back up with Gmail, or Outlook etc.
