Loss of blueyonder address
last Monday Jan 27th morning while sending and recieving various emails I was suddenly cut off from my Virgin blueyonder email account. Firstly it stated that my contract had run out so I reinstated ithe contract to be then told I could not access my emails. after further investigation iwas informed that blueyonder addresses were no longer available.Having tried unsuccesfully to talk to any virgin staff I enlisted the help of my workplace IT experts. After several hours of trying we eventually got the whatsapp contact number. Again an hour or so later having explained my problem to someone ( or I suspect an AI Bot ) I was told that they could attach my old email address to a new gmail account That I had just opened. I emphasised that as I was in the midst of important messages speed was important. Three to Four days was the reply reduced to 72 hours after pleading haste was neccesary. I was given a ticket number P012855334 and a promise dont worry it will all be sorted. Obviously 3 days later nothing. Making contact again ...'dont worry we are sorting it out'.... 24 hours later ... nothing. After a final few hours making contact again I was told ' dont worry as of now we don't handle blueyounder (sic ) domain and now it is with talk talk so they are going to help you with your concern'. No more help than that and a week wasted where I cant access my emails of have them forwarded. Naturally talk talk could not help as I don't have an account with them. Can anyone suggest a way I can get my old blueyonder address attached to my new gmail address ... my reply messages are in limbo and that old address is attached to countless sites, stationary and business partners.
