Losing NTLWORLD

I am not being able to load virgin media email login pages so i don't even get the chance to use my gmail address however after a poor webchat to try and fix things i came away realising my ntlworld.com address is no longer supported so should i be notifying my contacts to start using my gmail address? I have many years mail collected in many folders how can i continue to use the virgin email interface?

  • Not sure why you think your ntlworld.com address is no longer supported. It's certainly not a standard thing as mine works fine as does my mum's. Do you still have an active broadband service with them?

    Welcome to our forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear your email is no longer active with us. Just to confirm, are you an active cable customer with us? If so, what happens when trying to access the mail box? What error do you see? Please let us know and we will do our best to assist from here.

      I have been a VM customer for a long time and have the high speed hub whichever way i try and access vm i just get a page that doesn't load and has no options available i get mail easily from my microsoft email. i now use the following  which contains the words mail at media and from there login vm this works 3 out of 5 times i realise they dont want to service the ntlworld.com address and when i get a login i use my gmail address so how am i supposed to continue with my well established ntlworld addresss?
