Joining the list of users with email issues

20 years on same email address and also had no access to my ntlworld email via web, outlook or other phone app, which is my main email for everything. Called the helpline, eventually got thrugh the bot, spoke to a human and 'its a known issue we're working to fix it as a priority' that was over 24hours ago, no further contact or update. Is there any update or guidance on how to resolve this?

    Nothing to add other than two similar phone calls due to the same issue, both with the same statement.

    Can you advise what error message you're receiving when attempting to use your email address?

    Same. Please can you sort it out as my webpage is linked to this address and is coming up for renewal.

  • Problem solved

    1. login to your new Virgin/O2 account https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk
    2. Go to 'Manage your products' and click on the verification email that should arrive asap
    3. Go to 'Manage email app password' this is now working and should bring up the password to use for Outlook and other email apps
    4. Enter the password on your apps and all should work fine

    Mine was an NTLWORLD email and its now working again
