Issues trying the change my password

I have just got a new phone but unable to get emails from my ntlworld.com set up as i have forgotten my password.   Have tried for hours now on my laptop to change my password but it doesn't accept any passwords you choose no matter what you put!! very frustrating.  please help. ðŸ˜­

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems when attempting to make changes to your password. Are you able to provide us with the error message you see, or a screenshot? This will help us diagnose the issues you're experiencing.

    In addition, are you able to access the WebMail service, here?
