Important emails have disappeared from my email Acc

I can’t find any of my important emails in my account. Can anyone help please

    Roscop27 Can you see the 'missing' emails when looking at the blueyonder account in VM webmail via https://mail.virginmedia.com/

    Look in all the folders including Trash.

    The email app on iPhone is notorious for random deletions of emails based on many similar posts on this forum.

    Also can you confirm that you still have a Virgin Media broadband account and that the blueyonder email address is attached to it?

    You'll need to give full information of how you're accessing email, and on what devices.

    With an email app or a browser for webmail? Try both.

      It’s just the email app on my iPhone. I access my email through my blueyonder account ( I know it’s an older email address but I’ve never changed it )

    If the emails are still there when you log on to webmail, this is just a problem with the phone app settings. Are all the emails gone there, or just certain ones?

      All the emails I had saved in important have disappeared.

    im having the same issue?  its all seemed to have started when i got my new phone last week- but im using the same Gmail app- and when i check on my virgin media webmail- they are not there- i'm receiving new mail- but they seem to just deleted every hour or so?  help!!!

      Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

      Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, have you checked your email settings here you may have an auto delete setting set on your mail box or have them going into spam.
